Common Issues
The output quality isn't what I expected
Try adjusting the color precision and filter speckle settings. Higher color precision preserves more detail but creates larger files. Filter speckle removes small artifacts.
My image is too large to process
The maximum resolution is 3 megapixels and file size is 30MB. Try resizing or cropping your image before uploading.
What file formats are supported?
We support PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF, and BMP for input. Output formats include SVG, PDF, and PNG.
Processing seems slow
Processing time depends on image complexity and size. Larger images with more colors take longer. Try using a smaller image or reducing color precision.
